Full-cycle recruitment for sales and revenue-generating roles
Proactive sourcing of top-performing, mostly passive candidates
Tight partnership with revenue leadership on hiring targets
Managing recruiting like a funnel: outreach → interviews → offers → closes
Delivering high-quality hires at startup speed

You Bring

5+ years recruiting sales talent in high-growth environments
Strong direct sourcing and headhunting track record
A closer mindset — you’re comfortable selling opportunity and handling objections
Deep GTA network preferred
Results-driven, competitive, and highly accountable
