We are seeking a dynamic Very Senior Talent Acquisition to join our team. The role is designed for a proactive and results-driven professional; someone who excels in recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition; enabling them to identify, attract and onboard individuals who will drive our company’s growth.
Who are you: (Qualifications)
You have a natural sales aptitude, with at least 10 years of recruitment experience.
You have a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to identify key traits in successful sales personnel when hiring for sales roles
You have a strong understanding of software development principle and frameworks when hiring for software development roles
You have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills.
You have well honed and proven direct sourcing (headhunting) skills that has led you to hire multiple senior candidates in the past
You have an extensive network and well-known Professional circles in the GTA
You have a track record of delivering results in terms of identifying and attracting top talent
Work Environment
We are currently 100% remote, but will be moving to a hybrid in-office environment soon.
